Poetry Slam at Spinister Abbot’s
Kick off Pride with House of Prism at Spinster Abbott’s for a night of poetry, spoken word, community connection, and an optional social mixer celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community and allies alike! Whether you’re queer, questioning, allied, single, partnered, shy, outgoing, or simply looking for meaningful connection — all are welcome. Come listen, mingle, connect, and share poetry centered around love, self-love, identity, pride, allyship, and community.

Pride Proclamation for City of St. Augustine
At this city hall meeting, we welcome members of the community and all allies to join us at St. Augustine City Hall to submit the Pride proclamation for City of St. Augustine. You will have the opportunity to fill out a card and speak at this event to show your support for St. Augustine’s 2026 Pride Parade.

Queer Writers Room at Midnight Moon Books
A relaxed, welcoming evening of writing, art, and storytelling. Whether you’re journaling, sketching, or sharing ideas, this is a space to connect, create, and be inspired together.
Bring your favorite way to write—pen and paper, laptop, tablet—or your art supplies if you love to draw. We’ll also have a fun collaborative writing and drawing activity for anyone who wants to join in, and paper and pencils will be provided! Come as you are, bring your creativity, and let’s build community through stories.

Pride March and Festival, 8:30am-3:00pm
8:30am: meet at 75 King Street to join the march to Eddie Vicker’s Park
8:45am-3:00pm: all day pride festival at Eddie Vicker’s Park!
Our annual Pride Parade and Festival!
The parade will kick off at 8:45am from 75 King Street to the Eddie Vickers Park and the Gallimore Center. We will have vendors, speakers, a DJ and so many festivities to celebrate Pride.

Pride Month Vertical Pole Party
Get ready to lift your spirits and elevate your Pride! We’re teaming up with Vertica Fitness St. Augustine for the ultimate, beginner-friendly Pride Pole Party! Whether you’ve always been curious about pole fitness or you're just looking for a unique, joyful way to connect with your community, this night is for you. We’ll be learning beginner spins, exploring fun dance moves, laughing a ton, and celebrating exactly who we are in a completely supportive, welcoming space.
All bodies, all genders, and all experience levels are welcome! Must be 18+. Tickets can be found here.
What to wear: A tank top and shorts are ideal! Skin contact helps you grip the pole. (Pants are welcome but might make things a little trickier!)
What to bring: A water bottle to stay hydrated and knee pads if you already own them (totally optional!).
What to skip: Please leave the jewelry at home and do not apply lotion or body oils before class—we need you to stay safe and grippy!
